I trained in Sports and Remedial massage therapy at the London School of Sport massage and am a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial massage (ISRM). 

I followed my passion for mountain sports to the Swiss Alps where I spent two years working as a sports massage therapist at the ski resort of Verbier. Here I gained experienced treating both holidaymakers and professional athletes competing at a high level, and can tailor each treatment to suit the needs of the individual body. 

I set up private practice in Devon in 2009 and my regular clients include semi-professional athletes, gardening fanatics, sedentary office workers and people with restricted mobility. I suffered a knee injury on the ski slopes a few years ago so understand the need for good rehabilitation and regular massage therapy to aid full recovery and keep you on top form.
